Quite soft and breathable. For someone with eczema, none of the other top brands make real "seamless" bras as they always have a strap that gives me rashes. This one doesn't, but must add that the top part of the bra still has a seam that gave me irritation, I have to make sure that the part inside is pulled high enough so that the seam doesn't touch my skin.
