The design was trendy and exactly what I was looking for. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration after the first wash. The hoodie shrunk significantly. 
To address this issue, I promptly reached out to the customer service team via email to initiate an exchange. Unfortunately, nobody replied over 1 month, So disappointed.

I have been get ND cloths for my baby given the awesome quality. However, I was so wrong about this hoodie! After 1 wash, it's shrunken for 2 sizes with wavy bottom. Can't justify for the prices. Looks like $5 cheap cloths besides the material is very stiff. Awful customer services as well. Will no longer buy anything form this brand.
