Product Information

A sleep bag and a footed sleep bag (sleep suit) are both designed for the same purpose - for your little one to sleep safely at night. Our sleep bags are made for babies 6 to 24 months and are perfect for when you transition your little one from swaddling. Our footed sleep bags are made for little movers 6 months to 8 years old. While our products are not certified organic, we pride ourselves in the fabrics and materials we choose. We use fabrics like GOTS certified organic cotton and bamboo. Bamboo is a sustainable material that doesn’t require chemicals or pesticides to grow. Read more about the fabrics we usehere.

All of our products are designed in Vancouver, BC. We work with a few overseas manufacturers to make our designs come to life, each of which we’ve met face to face! We hand-pick our partners based on the quality of their product, craftsmanship skills, and experience in the field, but also how they operate. Each product goes through a rigorous review process to ensure top quality.

Route Package Protection

Route's Green Package Protection is a solution that helps cover your order in the event it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We understand the frustration these incidents cause our customers, so Nest Designs has partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Protection can be added manually during checkout. 

Kindly be aware that packages misdelivered due to an incorrect address cannot be covered by the Route Insurance protection.

If you have purchased Route protection at checkout, filing a claim can be easier. You can file a shipping issue through Route’s app or website here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number or Route ID number and the email address associated with the order.


Route assists with unreceived packages marked as delivered by our courier partner. Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when they were marked delivered. To avoid further delay in processing the claim, we recommend submitting a claim within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please note that for orders exceeding $300, We require a notarized statement from Route's partner, One Notary.

You may file a claim for packages that were never delivered or lost in transit.

For domestic orders, claims can be filed after 7 calendar days without a tracking status update, and for international orders, after 20 calendar days, but no later than 30 calendar days from the last update.


If you receive your items in a damaged or unusable condition due to issues that occurred during transit, Route may assist you with your claim. Claims for damaged items require photos of the delivery packaging and the item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when they were marked as delivered.

Yes, your replacement package is also covered by Route Insurance.  Route will place a replacement order with route insurance for you.


When Refunding item Route refunds subtotal, shipping, and taxes excluded Route Protection Premium Cost

Nest Designs can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after being marked as successfully delivered if Route Insurance is declined. However, opting for Route Insurance when placing an order provides security and assurance for lost or stolen packages. With simple steps to file a claim, both our customer service team and Route team are dedicated to promptly finding a resolution for you

At Nest Designs, we feature unique prints every season, and due to high sales volume, there's a chance that items may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, our dedicated team will promptly assist you by finding alternative options within a similar size range or issuing a refund.

Order Information

We are based out of Vancouver, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our office and warehouse in Richmond, BC – just outside of Vancouver.

Yes! Please select “Pickup Location” as your shipping method as you’re placing your order. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive pickup information via email. Please note, we only offer pickup during our office hours from Monday to Fridays 10AM - 4PM. Our offices are closed on stat holidays.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your package is on its way. The email will also provide you with details of the company your parcel is being shipped with along with the tracking number you can use to track your order.

Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive during sale periods, we are not able to adjust your order should you forget to use your code. We hope that this will encourage you to take the time to check out using the proper information. This will save you money, and save us time!

We are not able to offer price adjustments during our sales and promotional events. 

If the item you purchased goes down in price within 30 days of purchase, and is outside of one of our sale events, please email us at and we will get you sorted!

Please note, all the prices on our website are in US currency (USD). Any store credits will be issued in USD only. For Canadian customers, we cannot issue store credits in Canadian currency (CAD).
