COVID-19 UPDATE

We are shipping orders as usual. However, due to current global situations, please be aware that packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame listed below during this time. For shipments to the United States, please be aware that deliveries to more remote areas can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered with standard shipping. As postal services are dealing with increased volumes and implementing safety distancing measures, please check your local postal outlet or their website for more details. Please note that we are not responsible for undeliverable packages.

Shipping and Storefront Pick-up

On orders $125.00+,  free standard shipping is offered (only applicable on deliveries to Canada & the U.S. All other countries, see rate upon checkout).

For order under $125.00, shipping prices will vary upon your location and will be charged at checkout. To see the charge, please proceed to check out and it will appear on your total before payment.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase for your order to process. Once order has been processed your order will be shipped out between 3-7 business days. Nest Designs can not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center. Please note, shipping will happen on business days only (no weekends or statutory holidays).

If you are in Canada, please note we ship with Canada Post and use ‘do not safe drop’ for your own protection. We are unable to instruct Canada Post to leave your parcel in specified places, as there have been many reports of stolen packages. Please be vigilant about your delivery and be sure to track it. Nest Designs will not be held responsible for missing parcels.

Duties and Tax

Nest Designs online orders DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country with the exception of Canada. For Canadian purchases taxes will be included in your purchase at checkout.

All other countries, duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items, and items bought on promotion are final sale. For hygienic reasons, we also are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear.

Steps to take:

  1. Contact [email protected]
  2. Provide order number, name, and items you would like to refund
  3. Make sure all items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags
  4. Wait for authorization email

Items purchased at a third party vendor such as a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.

The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. We will refund the value of your returned items (less the return fee of $7.99) using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. International sales are final and no return will be accepted.

Once your returned items are received, we will process the refund to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

For a more efficient service, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.

Cancellations

Once orders are submitted and are in processing they can not be cancelled. If we are able to catch the order in time, you will be charged 4% processing fee to cancel the order.

In the event a product is sold out, Nest Designs has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order, or if the entire order is sold out, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Final Sale Items

Clearance and sale items are final sale. Final sale items are sold in “as-is” condition and can not be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Purchases made during our Black Friday, Winter Clearance, Mother’s Day and Summer Sale periods are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns will be issued for purchases made during this time period.
