Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping to Canadian and USA addresses for orders over $125 before taxes.
For orders under $125 before taxes, we offer a flat rate shipping of $8.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please go through the checkout process and you’ll see the shipping rate for your region.

What is the difference between a sleep bag and footed sleep bag (Sleep Suit)?
A sleep bag and a footed sleep bag (sleep suit) are both designed for the same purpose - for your little one to sleep safely at night. Our sleep bags are made for babies 6 to 24 months and are perfect for when you transition your little one from swaddling. Our footed sleep bags are made for little movers 6 months to 8 years old. What is a TOG?
TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade, which is an industry measurement for a product’s thermal insulation. Our sleep bags and sleep suits use a TOG rating to show the warmth they provide—the higher the TOG, the warmer the product. Read more about TOG and which TOG is best for your little one.
What size should I buy?

Are your products organic?
While our products are not certified organic, we pride ourselves in the fabrics and materials we choose. We use fabrics like GOTS certified organic cotton and bamboo. Bamboo is a sustainable material that doesn’t require chemicals or pesticides to grow. Read more about the fabrics we use here.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed in Vancouver, BC. We work with a few overseas manufacturers to make our designs come to life, each of which we’ve met face to face! We hand-pick our partners based on the quality of their product, craftsmanship skills, and experience in the field, but also how they operate. Each product goes through a rigorous review process to ensure top quality.
It’s important that the companies we work with take care of their employees and create an enjoyable, safe, and sociable working environment.

Where do you ship your orders from?
We are based out of Vancouver, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our office and warehouse in Richmond, BC – just outside of Vancouver.
I’m local. Can I pick up my product?
Yes! Please select “Pickup Location” as your shipping method as you’re placing your order. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive pickup information via email. Please note, we only offer pickup during our office hours from Monday to Fridays 10AM - 4PM. Our offices are closed on stat holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your package is on its way. The email will also provide you with details of the company your parcel is being shipped with along with the tracking number you can use to track your order.
I forgot to apply my promo code during checkout. Can you help me with it?
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive during sale periods, we are not able to adjust your order should you forget to use your code. We hope that this will encourage you to take the time to check out using the proper information. This will save you money, and save us time!
The items I purchased are now on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
We are not able to offer price adjustments during our sales and promotional events.
If the item you purchased goes down in price within 30 days of purchase, and is outside of one of our sale events, please email us at email@example.com and we will get you sorted!
Why is my store credit in USD?
Please note, all the prices on our website are in US currency (USD). Any store credits will be issued in USD only. For Canadian customers, we cannot issue store credits in Canadian currency (CAD). However, when you use the store credits on our website for a future purchase, your store credits in USD can be converted to CAD. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to include a gift note with our orders at this time.
How do I become an ambassador/influencer for Nest Designs?
